Dear all,

given that the last week was the end of classes for the Spring Semester I considered it useful and appropriate to upload additionally several quite extensive and analytical powerpoint presentations covering not only the genesis of the Arab-Israeli conflict, but also the phenomenon of Nasser and Nasserism as well as the further developments in the Middle East in the 1990s and the 2000s under particular consideration of the U.S. intervention.

I sincerely hope that the Course has helped you get a more accurate and complete idea of the Geopolitics of the Middle East and Turkey.

Kindly allow me to remind those of you who have not submitted their essay to do so by June 30.
