The course aims to introduce students to business administration. It approaches key management concepts such as planning, organizing, leadership, and control. Additionally, it aims to develop management skills so that students can better understand, apply, and communicate management concepts.

Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:

- Recognize and understand the basic principles of business administration.

- Understand the basic concepts and techniques applied by managers in a wide range of business and organizational activities.

- Understand the main functions of a business.

- Develop the necessary knowledge and skills for solving issues related to business and organizational management.

- Identify problems in businesses/organizations and propose well-documented alternative solutions.
