Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

This is an introduction to the range of language accessibility services in an intralingual (e.g. from Greek to Greek) and interlingual (e.g. from Greek to English) level. The key services to be addressed are subtitling for hearing impaired people and image and text description for Blind and Visually Impaired learners in educational contexts, and more specifically for learning mother tongues and foreign languages. Reference is also made to other services and research projects at European and international level.
