Beschreibung des Kurses

During the classes we will be exploring the features of the audiovisual text, the different types of audiovisual translation, the characteristics of the various practices and problem-solving techniques. The units that will be taught are: interlingual subtitling, subtitling for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing, audio description, dubbing and voice over. For the class, free access software will be used and after each class the material will be uploaded in the eclass platform. The students will be requested to submit a final paper, the instructions of which will be provided during the course of these classes.
