Public International Law Seminar II will follow up on the main course of this semester on International Law Processes and will provide students with insights of landmark cases of the International Court of Justice (ICJ). In particular, students will discuss some of the most important and influential ICJ judgments and Advisory Opinions both in terms of procedural and substantive law and will critically assess their contribution to the formation of contemporary international law.
